We are investigating the options for enhancing the job reports as part of a general enhancement to the jobs UX, which will then allow gradually deploying report enhancements to the different jobs in Alma.

Dear Community,
This is to update you that we are developing the option to permanently remove licenses from Alma as per this idea.
We plan to allow users to remove deleted licenses from the Licenses list. The permanently deleted licenses will not show in Analytics. License with the previous status "Deleted" will get the status "Inactive" upon the release of this development. They will remain in the licenses list and will not be automatically removed.
We will also add two actions supporting this change, "Deactivate" and "Activate", which will change the license's status accordingly.
Please follow up on Alma Release Notes to see when this development is released.
Kind regards,
Zohar Shemesh
Alma Product Team

Yes, please implement this so that users can identify the number of concurrent access rights of the ebooks. This is especially important when the ebook or etextbook are being used for course teaching and Prof requires the students to read a certain chapter in a particular week. When there's limited access, students start reporting broken links or errors when they are unable to access due to concurrent limited access on these ebooks.
