It is common for libraries to sign multi-year price lock deals for e-resources (databases, journals, etc). Currently, we are keeping track of this information as "Notes" which is hard for us to follow since "Notes" used for other purposes. Also, we need to update the "List price" accordingly before we proceed with a renewal /invoice payment.

Would it be feasible to have a POL type that is catered for multi-year deals. I was somewhat inspired by the new feature in the Jan'18 release that is meant to record multiyear licenses in a Network Zone. A similar feature in the POL will be extremely useful.
