Please provide more flexibility for creating video file thumbnails
It would be great if Alma provides more flexibility for creating video file thumbnails. For example,
1) Creating a couple more thumbnails and letting the user to choose one
2) Taking the frame in the middle of the whole clip
3) Giving the user a configurable option to set the timing, etc.
Now thumbnail generation for video is taking the frame in second 1 (00:00:01) - and make it the thumbnail of the video file. Consequently many of thumbnails look alike because mostly there is a few seconds of 'opening' or fade-in effect.
Therefore, it needs to be configurable by the user or be smarter in taking frames from various video clips.
