Ability to collect and analyze data on number of and frequency of letters sent from Alma
It would be awesome if there were an option in Analytics to collect and analyze data on the number of and frequency of emails sent from Alma. This will be especially helpful for those institutions that are editing letters and would like to start with the most frequent, patron-facing letters first.

It would be very helpful to know the number of emails sent according to their type. I agree that this would help prioritize how to improve email notification templates.

There is some small coverage of this in the Events subject area like Courtesy and Overdue notices, but I agree that it's sorely lacking. Letter information is often a key part of workflows, such as for Purchase Requests query as part of the KPIs for Acquisitions and it's a big gap not to include this within all relevant SAs (rather than more in the separate Events).
