Thumbnail images
We have discovered that when we add a digital representations to existing permanent library records (e.g. with electronic or physical inventory), the thumbnail display from the digital representation becomes the thumbnail display in Primo VE instead of the book cover. This is obviously not the way we want this to behave.
Can we please have the 'Book'/Journal cover to display instead of the digital representation/file image?

Yes, but if no book/journal cover is available, the digital representation should be preferred over the default icon of the Resource Type, ok ?
Some libraries do load a digital representation for items for which no cover is available, with the purpose to have a better display in Collection Discovery.
