Add Access type in the portfolio information update job
Since Ex Libris has added Access type for individual portfolio, there has to be a job to run to add access type to the portfolios in a collection. Currently, either we have to specify it in each portfolio manually, or we load a spreadsheet matching on portfolio ID. Unfortunately, as of today 1/23/2019, when loading a spreadsheet without the local coverage, e.g. only the access type, the local coverage is overwritten.

Additionally, I understand that it’s possible to update the access type of a single Electronic Collection at a time using an excel spreadsheet and using the Activation Wizard in the Electronic Service Editor. This is cumbersome and is restricted to changing the status of one collection at a time. I envisage being able to construct an analytics query where all individual portfolios from collections of the same access type can be added to a set, and then that set updated using the Portfolio Information Update Job.

It doesn't make sense to have access type available as an option in the Electronic portfolio editor, but not to have it able to be batch updated by the Update Portfolio Information job. What are we supposed to do - update each portfolio manually? When we're looking at a portfolio get out of the portfolio, go back in to search the Collection and see what access type all the portfolios are? If would be much better if we were able to change/add the access type in the portfolio information update job

We would like this option to be able to apply access types for portfolios within an autoholdings collection, to be able to differentiate between items we have purchased and ones that we have access to through an EBA program.

We also need this, as we have some Springer Reference Module collections where some of the portfolios are perpetual access and some are not, and at the moment I have to add this information to the portfolio individually.

We'd also like to see Access Type also included in the facets on the left of the electronic portfolio list view so that we can quickly filter to just Current or Perpetual portfolios, and also added to the Electronic Portfolio search options within the main Alma search bar.

We would like to see Portfolio Access Type added to the 'Change electronic portfolio information' job, as well as to the Retrieve Portfolio and Update Electronic Portfolio APIs.
