When a new user choose to export a citation to the New RefWorks, but doesn't yet have a RefWorks account, they are taken to the RefWorks Sign In screen, where there is no "sign up" option. Only when incorrect credentials (or no credentials) are entered does an option to sign up appear (in light grey at the bottom of the Sign In screen). This is poor UX and a barrier to using RefWorks. A 'sign up' option should be available on the Sign In screen by default (as it is in the Old RefWorks interface).

We would like this functionality to be extended to Fulfillment Networks as well as consortia.

I should add that we would like this functionality in both the classic UI and new UI.

We would like to see Portfolio Access Type added to the 'Change electronic portfolio information' job, as well as to the Retrieve Portfolio and Update Electronic Portfolio APIs.
