Add Electronic Service information to Analytics E-Inventory subject area
Information at the Electronic Service level in Alma is not searchable in advanced search or Analytics - it can only be accessed by individually viewing a single electronic service. Making service-level information accessible through Analytics would enable searching across all collections for troubleshooting or updating information.
I am particularly interested in the Electronic Service Public Note field. Portfolio Public Note and Electronic Collection Public Note are already available through Analytics. Making Electronic Service Public Note available would allow me to view all the Public Notes that appear to our users and update them as necessary.

We plan to add the following fields to the e-inventory subject area, under the Service folder:
- Service activation status - Available/Not available
- Activate new portfolios associated with service automatically - No/Yes
- Service authentication note - text
- Service public note - text
- Service general note - list can be concatenated and up to 4k displayed.
Currently planned for end of 2023.

One thing I forgot- Service temporarily unavailable would also be helpful - not only to catch things we might have missed, but when processing renewals. -

Making service-level Authentication note and Public note available in Analytics would be very helpful. We often place notes at the service level when title-level or article-level access and linking issues are present that don't also impact collection-level linking. As it stands, we have to maintain a spreadsheet manually to track notes.

Many fields from Electronic Service > Linking tab are now available in Analytics since this idea was logged originally, but most other Service fields (particularly from Electronic Service > Activation ; and Electronic Service > Notes tabs ; Electronic Service > History ) are still not available in Analytics. It creates problems for us that these fields are not available in Analytics, and would be a huge improvement and help if they could be added.

Other elements I like to see for Electronic Service:
Create date, Creator, Modify date, Modified by...
Basically, any field tracked in the history tab for a service should be found in analytics.
