    Hi Andrew,

    Hello,
    We will reach out to IEEE, and ask for the metadata for this collection.

    We are reluctant to use customer provided title lists because then we cannot automate the collections and they will not be updated with any additions, removals or changes.

    Also, one customer's holdings may not reflect other customer's holdings so we prefer to use the provider feed.

    It's a requirement by law that all our services are billingual in Welsh and English, so we can't introduce the English feature until the Welsh one is working too.

    It seems this provider has never provided us with metadata so I am changing this idea's category to "new provider".

    This is a great idea! We have the same issues. I'm sure an agreed list of types could be included.
