Add 'due date' to items list
When student put a book on hold it would be useful to see when the on loan books are due to be returned in the item list rather than having to go into each individual onloan item to see when it is to be returned. Often we have 20 items out at a time and it would be good to have a quick overview of the return date.

I have only recently started using ALMA and totally agree. In the list of items the return date needs to be easily seen for circulation/customer service without having to click into each loan. The Physical title search just shows the number of items available, or not. It does not show due dates. The list of items just shows the item receiving date in the view.
The physical item search shows due date, but that is just for that item, not all copies of a particular title which may be in demand. -
I am not sure about the context of this idea. Is this referring to the Primo GetIt or to an Alma form ? Due dates do show up in the Alma physical item search.
Can you elaborate ?
Thanks,

I coudn't agree more. There is some information, in addition to title etc.. that is vital, but moreover expected by Customer service staff at base level: Barcode, call number and due date. That way you know exactly which copy of an item you are dealing with and can take decisions easily on placing additional holds. e.g. You can factor in not needed by dates provided by the patron.
