Include MMS ID in Excel output from Manage Sets Results pages
The MMS ID is essential information when dealing with spreadsheets of records, and yet it is missing from Excel output of lists of sets and search results. Please include the MMS ID in all output Excel spreadsheets of Repository records.

The MMS ID has been added to the repository search results (the various types and levels), and is also included in the export to excel which can be done form each list. This would be very useful. We don't always want to rely on analytics and it would save a lot of time if our quick repository search results could export MMS IDs.
Also useful if the author name wasn't preceded by "Book by" which seems to serve little purpose and if each MARC field had its own column.

I agree with this. Now when I run analytics reports I include the MMSiD field as it is the most reliable field for returning to a particular title

I agree. I do understand some results pages do not have results that have MMS IDs associated with them but most do not.
The idea title implies that it is only from Manage Sets Results pages. The idea is for *all* results pages in Alma. For me, it is usually Search Results pages that I look at.
With the MMS IDs we can then take these and input them into Analytics. At the moment, I can only do this for barcodes (and maybe a few other things). But if I could use the powerful Advanced Search to get a set of MMS IDs, then I could put these into the filter - MMSID - contains any. Then Alma Advanced Search and Analytics can work together using the strengths of each other.
