    The 'Claimed Returned' action will be available for lost loans. It will change the loan status to 'claimed returned'.

    A customer parameter will determine whether the change to claimed returned should trigger a 'Find Item' action (and refund the lost item fees) + change to 'claim return', or only change to 'claim return'.

    I agree too. Our circulation staff add a note to the item record to avoid all this problems in processing, but that does not show the student that the item is in the claimed returned status. Something easier would be amazing!

    For receiving this can be really frustrating. Equally when editing enum/chrono it would be brilliant to show the description and have a Generate button in the Enum/Chrono tab.

    The solution approach will be to add a link from the user contact info pop up to the user record. This link will be available for users that have a role that allows viewing a full user record.

    By having this link added to the user information pop up we will have added to the many places where user information is displayed.
