An error occurred while saving the comment Fran Abbs commentedIn addition (as I can't edit the original text of the idea), I'd like to add:
We would like users to be able to both search for an item with a particular, e.g., CC licence and to be able to filter results by the licence.
So, licence type to be indexed, searchable, available as a facet, and displayed in search results.Fran Abbs shared this idea · -

An error occurred while saving the comment Fran Abbs commentedI agree, adding the option to limit matching to a specific electronic collection to the PDA import profiles would significantly improve the accuracy of matching when adding PDA titles to Alma and reduce the multi-matching and potential for overlaying or adding portfolios to the wrong record. This would further streamline our imports and reduce the need for report checking.

Hello,
It seems this provider has never provided us with metadata so I am changing this idea's category to "new provider".

An error occurred while saving the comment Fran Abbs commentedWe would like to be able to place iFound orders in Rialto instead of having to check Oasis if a title is out of print on Rialto Market. We had hoped to stop using Oasis with the switch to Rialto so it is disappointing that we still need to use it for out of print titles.
An error occurred while saving the comment Fran Abbs commentedRelated to this, in Oasis we can use the iFound service to order Out of Print books, and we would like to see this added to Rialto so that we no longer need to use Oasis at all. I'm not sure if this would count as a separate Idea so will add it as one but also comment and support this Idea.

An error occurred while saving the comment Fran Abbs commentedWe would very much like to see this issue addressed. As Ian said, often there is a need to run test imports to check for matching/non-matching before running the import "for real" to merge/add/overlay records. Being able to easily access a complete set of the unimported records is essential if we want to then change the match criteria and run again to handle any not imported in the first attempt. Having to request this file from Support and wait for a response before being able to continue is not good enough and could delay an import that needs to be completed quickly.
Surely if Support are able to access this file of records, a link could be provided in the job report for us to retrieve the file too?

This is a great idea and would be a welcome addition to the Person Info Card functionality for us. We are looking for ways to provide better linking to research outputs and this would definitely help towards that.
