Hi,
This is to update that this issue is still not planned to be developed in the current road map. We will continue to evaluate it for a future release.
Therefore we are keeping this under "Under review" status.
Best regards,
Yael.

+1 - also more use of "In List" options eg. "Access rights policy name is in" with multi select.

It would be good to know what proportion are opting out, and whether we should be consulting with a focus group on why, suggestions that would help them see only the crucial updates they want.
We tend to also send a once a term notification to the "daily digest" about resource lists. Next time I might put a reminder in there of how to opt back in again.

This would be helpful for us. Due to constraints/challenges with course date from source systems, our course data is a mix of course loader and manual updates. Having a history would help us unpick the threads when troubleshooting.

I think it would help students to find other resources for assignments. We want them to broaden their reading and not limit themselves only to the citations on the list when they are researching for an assignment.

Hi,
We’re thinking along the lines of enabling rules that will automatically turn resource sharing requests to purchase requests based on criteria such as:
- Requester User Group
- Copyright related block
- Publication Date within time
- Request failure Yes\No → This will enable to set the rule to work when the request is created or when it is rejectedThe rules output will have options to either create purchase request in addition to the resource sharing one or cancel the resource sharing request and create purchase request instead.

Looks like this is in the Alma roadmap for H2 - 2021 https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Alma/Product_Materials/010Roadmap/Alma_Roadmap_Highlights_-_January_2021/Fulfillment_and_Resource_Sharing#Automatic_Purchase_Requests

It would be helpful if there was a way to use publication dates to flag whether the RS or PR request link is displayed in Primo. That would at least help us fine-tune it according to our collection development policy.

No votes left. But this sounds reasonable. Perhaps non-RapidILL libraries might like to have it hidden though.

I have no votes left, but this would assist us with our historical reporting such as KPIs like... the proportion of courses that had published resource lists. We have to manually retain the count of courses in the past or avoid deleting old ones.

Sounds like this could add some useful flexibility.

We are looking into improvements that can be made to the Primo VE form, such as:
- Add a custom notice or message to the form
- Improve the form fields’ responsiveness to the requested format (book/article and physical/digital)
- Look into ways to enhance the configurability of the look and feel for the form

I've run out of votes, but would certainly support having more flexibility with the resource sharing request form.
We have a use case right now where we would like to add a link to an FAQ about the service into the form.

We allow our community to place purchase requests themselves without mediation by a librarian.
So most of them do not have lots or purchase requests to view in Primo which would be the case for librarians mediating requests.
I'd like to see completed purchase requests disappear from My Library Card either when the user "dismisses" them or after a configurable period of time eg. 365 days. This would help any users who want to revisit records of resources they requested.
Or some other mechanism that only shows recent requests, but allows the user to "Show All".
Another feature I'd like is to select a portion of the course code to show. Our course codes include semester, year, offering details which our students don't really see anywhere else. Being able to choose a substring of the course code for display would be nifty.
