Enable withdrawing digital representations job based on rep ID and/or file ID
We have been using Alma Digital for our e-reserve for a couple of years now, and have a need to withdraw representations that are no longer required for courses.
Since we have different chapters or extracts attched to the same digital title, we need to be able to target via a representation ID or a file ID. Being able to use a set of Digital Files for the job would make this possible.
Without that the job "Withdraw Digital Representations" would remove all of the reps attached to that title.
None of the other available parameters help us identify specific representations (Remote/Active/Repository Name/Usage Type/Library/Entity Type/Access Rights Policy) would be the same.

We would still like to see this for the remainder of our representations, however the challenges of withdrawing reps was one of the reasons convincing us to use the Leganto repository for course readings instead of Alma D. We moved all course reading digitisations to Leganto repository in 2023.

I have no votes left but this is very relevant for us - I was surprised that this wasn't already possible.
Any update on the status of this idea given it's from 2020?

Currently the only option to delete unwanted Alma Digital of Representations if there are more than one attached to a Bib record is to delete them Manually.
I would like to have the flexibility to Run the Withdraw Digital representations Job on a set of Rep IDs. This would give flexibility to clear Alma Digital of Representations on the file level.

This would be extraordinarily useful. We've built a utility to add Representations to a set via the API, but an occasional error condition caused extra Representations to be created. Being able to Withdraw Representations based on a set of RepIDs would be very helpful.

Sounds reasonable - I have no votes but will give a vote next time I have a spare one.
