Offer letter/notice digest option for users
Currently, every book checked out and returned (if loan receipt and return receipt letters are enabled in Alma) will trigger an email notice to a patron. The option to set a daily digest of fulfillment activity would cut down on the number of letters received by patrons, which would help ensure that they're not overwhelmed with information and potentially miss a detail in the flood of emails.

Yes to this. We had a patron with 67 items on loan that needed to be recalled and have their due date changed. They got emails for both processes for every item and weren't pleased. If a daily digest isn't possible, then when a bulk process is used, such as running a job to create work orders, or selecting all items from the loan tab and changing the due date, those notices should be sent via 1 letter.

I think so, Moshe, except adding it as an option to select so that patrons would get a single email (probably at a scheduled time of day with all relevant information since the last time the letter was scheduled and sent) instead of an individual letter for each separate event regardless of when it happens (ex: each item borrowed, or each item processed for which the patron was an interested user).

Would that be something like the Borrowing Activity Letter and the Requests Report Letter (see https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Alma/Product_Documentation/010Alma_Online_Help_(English)/050Administration/050Configuring_General_Alma_Functions/070Configuring_Alma_Letters#Letter_List) ?
