Provide multiple hold pickup options within a single Alma library
We'd like to provide, within a single Alma library, the following pickup location/delivery options to our users: locker, circulation desk, or mail to home. At present, this is only possible through the creation of additional libraries.

Currently, a multiple option for pick-up location in Primo is avaliable only for circulation desks set in the Alma as reading room.
In our library, patrons can request items both to any reading rooms as well as Circulation Desk (serving for loans), which is not a reading room.
Setting the Circulation Desk as a reading room (so that it appears as a pick-up location) is not a solution for us because it adversely affects the operation of the RFID system on staff workstations and self-checks associated with this desk. Alma doesn’t change the security bit off in the RFID tags in reading room.
In this situation, the ability to choose a pick-up location within a single library, extended to locations that are not reading rooms, would be extremely useful. -

This would be a very valuable enhancement. We have one building with our Curriculum Library inside. They are one library according to Alma. When a user places a request for an item, it only gives them the option of our main library. It would be ideal if it would instead tell them which managing desk they should go to pickup their item.

Perhaps the functionality of the Generic Checkbox field might be expanded to allow for multiple options? Right now we are testing it with just the one checkbox. However, our Library would prefer radio buttons where the default option is "pick-up in library" and the other radio button is contactless locker pickup. The 'value' associated with the selected option could still go into the request comments/notes field. Though it would be better eventually if it had it's own field.

It would also be good to implement this in such a way that the location/delivery option could be communicated via a NCIP AcceptItem message (for example, via an Ext field).

I'd like to add that the ability to set a default pickup location would also help a lot.
