In Analytics Borrowing Requests subject area, add Shipped date. In Lending Requests subject area, add Received by Borrower date and Request Completed date. The addition of these fields will allow us to more accurately calculate turnaround time, which in turn can help us improve our service standards.

It would also be helpful if Lending Creation Date.Lending Creation Date was in DD/MM/YY HH/MM/SS format instead of DD/MM/YY format.
This would allow clients to make TIMESTAMPDIFF calculations involving hours and/or minutes with this field.
E.g.
TIMESTAMPDIFF(SQL_TSI_MINUTE, "Lending Creation Date"."Lending Creation Date", "Lending Requests Details"."Item Sent Date")This would allow metrics around Digital Lending where the turnaround may be measure in hours/minutes rather than days.
