Send Courtesy Notices and Handle Loan Renewals - send at different times based on Item Policy
Currently the Send Courtesy Notices and Handle Loan Renewals job has a t value "Days before Due Date" that applies to all loans, irrespective of the Item policy. Therefore if the item is only on a week loan then user is getting the courtesy letter quite soon after the loan was issued.
We would like an amendment to this job so that it can be configured to allow the courtesy letter sent at different times based on the Item Policy.

I had a look at this and it only seems to be related to those loans where the loan is in minutes and hours.
What i would like to see is where you have, for example, an 8 week loan and a 1 week loan. It makes sense to send a courtesy letter to an 8 week loan 4 days before it is due back. However if the item is a 1 week loan then only 3 days after the loan has been issued the user gets a courtesy. This is starting to irritate the end user. Ideally we would like to send the 1 week courtesy 2 days before the due date. -
