    Hi Moshe
    I had a look at this and it only seems to be related to those loans where the loan is in minutes and hours.
    What i would like to see is where you have, for example, an 8 week loan and a 1 week loan. It makes sense to send a courtesy letter to an 8 week loan 4 days before it is due back. However if the item is a 1 week loan then only 3 days after the loan has been issued the user gets a courtesy. This is starting to irritate the end user. Ideally we would like to send the 1 week courtesy 2 days before the due date.
