I'm interpreting this request to mean, it would be nice to have more specificity in who gets a message sent in the Borrowing Activity Report Job.
Part of our end-of-semester operations is to send several reminders to undergraduates of the items that they have checked out. To do this without spamming our graduate, staff, and faculty, we run a report of the users in these categories. Export those users and then import them to Alma as a set. Run a job to turn off the Activity Report for these users. Run the Borrowing Activity Report Job manually. Run a job to turn ON the Activity Report for the non-undergraduate groups. The process would be greatly expedited if we could select a user group to receive the notice in the Borrowing Activity Report Job. It would also be helpful if we could set the schedule by type of user (Faculty are scheduled to receive it once a month, students are scheduled to receive it once a week, for example.)
Another way that we could send these notices more efficiently is if the Update/Notify Users job included Activity Report in the "Send notification to user" options.
