Provide more output fields for the Shelf Report
When we do the Shelf Report, we wish that Alma can provide more output fields such as last loan Date, last return date,inventory date that will be helpful for us to analyse the result.

In this idea it is requested that "last loan date", "last return date" and "inventory date" be added to the shelf report.
We need to understand more of why this is desired. What is the ultimate goal here? The shelf report is designed to enable the institution to know
- what items are on the shelf but are marked in Alma as not on shelf (for example on loan)
- what items are not on the shelf but are marked in Alma as "in place"
- what items are on the shelf but in the wrong order on the shelf.
We need to understand the connection between a report of this nature and your desire to have fields such as "last loan date" in such a report. We are looking forward to your comments. -

The purpose of the Shelf Report is "to see if items are in place, misshelved, or missing."
You are asking to add fields "last loan Date, last return date,inventory date".
These fields are disconnected from the purpose of the Shelf Report. Therefore we would like to know what your ultimate goal in using this report is. Perhaps it can be achieved in a different method. What is your goal in using this report and why are last loan date, last return date and inventory date important?
