Add functionality to fund summary pages to view encumbered orders
There is no functionality within the fund summary pages to see what orders have not yet been paid (order still encumbered). The value of the encumbered orders does show in the summary graph however it would be really useful to see the orders this relates to.

Dear community,
Thanks for sharing this idea, it was reviewed and accepted.
The Fund page will present the user with 2 links:
1. All PO lines which has encumbrance and no expenditure (not yet paid)
2. All PO lines which has expenditure (paid)
Note:
There is the option today to achive this, users can go to the "Transactions" tab and see which PO line has only an encumbrance (meaning it was not paid) and which PO line has [Encumbrence, DIsencumbrance and Expenditure] (meaning it was paid)

It would be nice if this included the ability to export "the amount paid this FP" per POL for those orders that are only partially still encumbered (because they are paid in multiple installments throughout the year).

This seems really useful. I'd love to see this functionality as we move from Sierra to Alma

We have to use analytics to do check on the unpaid subscriptions (a "burn down list") and then manually manage this outside of Alma. It would be much better to be able to keep this within Alma

When it comes to the end of the year especially it is good to see what has not been spent and why. If invoices were incorrectly applied or if there are other issues with the fund.

Yes, I agree - it would be much more helpful to be able to see which orders are awaiting payment.
