    Dear community,
In December 2019 Alma introduced the Reclaim functionality which is set to address the need described in this idea.

Read more in December 2019 release notes (search for PO Line Reclaims):
    https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Alma/Release_Notes/010_2019/Alma_2019_Release_Notes

    See this video as well:
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WgfPn2GGfLE

The "Communication" tab within the PO line editing screen allows users to view the history of claim letters sent to the vendor.

The concept of limiting the number of reclaims sent before canceling the order was not added as part of this enhancement, it is recommended to open a new dedicated idea exchange to validate the need and see that the community supports this.

    Dear community,

To address the workflow described in this idea, the "Receive" workbench offers Alma users to locate the PO line to be received by various search criteria (in addition to the PO line search), so instead of doing a title search, coping the PO line number and pasting it in the "Receive" workbench, users can do a 2 step flow to locate the desired PO line:
    1. Open the "Receive" workbench
2.Search by Title/vendor/Invoice number (or many more search criteria - see attached screenshot) and find the PO line they would like to receive

In case you are using the "Update inventory" import profile for your workflow, there is an option to receive the items as part of the import process, see more information here:
    https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Alma/Product_Documentation/010Alma_Online_Help_(English)/040Resource_Management/060Record_Import/020Managing_Import_Profiles?mt-draft=true
    (search for: "Receive Item?")

The idea to add a link form the PO line to the "Receive" workbench does make sense, it is recommended to open a dedicated idea exchange in order to see if other members of the community share this need as well.

    Dear voters,
After reading the description in this Idea, I would like to make sure our understanding of the described need is correct.

When going to Acquisitions -> (Import) Load usage data, the user gets to a screen with 2 tabs:
    - 'Uploaded files' which has a 'SUSHI account' column
    - Monthly usage data (tab) which is missing the 'SUSHI account' column

The need here is add a 'SUSHI account' field to the Monthly usage data (tab), correct?

    Thanks,
    Noam.

On behalf of the Product management team we would like to understand the need and use cases of the following 'Planned' feature (which it's need was raised by a specific library) - any comment is welcome.
