Add a "contains" option to funds and ledgers search
When searching for funds and ledgers, some users may want to turn up any fund with a keyword. Let's say there are multiple chemistry funds, with one name "Chemistry - State" and another "Chemistry - Trust." Currently, a search for Chemistry turns up nothing, because it's only an exact search. A contains search would be more useful.

A similar change is needed on the Resource Management side: currently, Resources > Monitor and View Imports > Profile name is a "starts with" search, but Resources > Imports > Profile name is a "string anywhere in field" search. It would be better if both were "anywhere", because, like the ledger names, profile names are arbitrary and can be inconsistent, and it's hard to remember exactly what they are called.

*I stated this a little incorrectly. A search for Chemistry would work fine already. A search for Chem, however wouldn't. You would need to search for Chem*
