Cursor auto-return after refresh
Can the field that you are editing be the one that centralizes the display after the screen is refreshed. When creating/editing a POL you are constantly returned to the top of the screen after you enter each piece of data, no matter how far down the form you are.

A similar problem happens in Resource Sharing- once a request has been edited and saved the screen jumps back to the top of the list, rather than back to the request you were working on.

The cursor jump also happens in the Metadata Editor, and can cause errors when editing a bibliographic record.

Yes, please! It's not just in the POL screen, either. The constant bobbing up and down and ridiculous amount of scrolling in the new UI is honestly a miserable user experience.
I will add that since the last release the whole screen seems less responsive, so the scrolling is sometimes accompanied by an unpleasant pause-and-jump behavior that forces even MORE scrolling.
