Add the "internal description" and "notes" fields of the portfolios and e-collections to the eInventory dimension in Analytics
In our e-ressources workflow, we currently use the "internal description" field of the portfolios and e-collections to maintain some useful information on the resource status, e.g.: "local", "to check"... (because there is no specific field for these needs). It would be very useful to add this field in the "portfolios" and "collection" domains in Analytics, so that we can, for example, create an analysis to receive weekly reminders on these status. Currently, we have to use sets, which is less dynamic and personalized.
It would also be very useful to add the "notes" fields in the Analytics dimensions for portfolios and collections, as well as an index for "notes tab" in the Alma search indexes for electronic collections (it does exists for portfolios).
The portfolio internal description and electronic collection internal description were already added to Alma Analytics in August 2017. See https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Alma/Release_Notes/020_2017/050August_2017/Alma_August_2017_Release_Notes/07Analytics_-_August_2017_Enhancements

It would be very helpful for us as well. Right now, the only way to export detailed portfolio information (notes fields, PO lines, etc.) is to do an extended export on a collection. But you can only do that one collection at a time; it doesn't work when we need to pull information across collections. It also doesn't help when we want to pull information on a specific set of ISSNs.
For example, summer is the time when our librarians like to examine their collections. They send us lists of ISSNs (some with 1000's of titles) and ask us questions, and right now there isn't a way to pull that information out of Alma. We have to look them up one at a time and view their Notes tabs.

This would also be very helpful for us!
It's also missing in the excel report from the search result set - that would go to the idea 'Pick the fields that can be exported to Excel in a set'
