(Sorry, I won't get your reply by email unless I give a vote here).
We're on Primo VE and I stumbled over this, too:
When you create a collection, you can check "Suppress from Discovery".
But after the collection is created, there is no option to unsuppress via Alma -> Resources -> -> Manage Collections.
This is a bug, if you ask me..

There is however a way to change suppressed/visible:
Each collection has an Alma entry with its title and an MMS-ID.
You need to find it in Alma -> Edit Record -> Record Actions -> Remove the checkmark for "suppress". Then save and release the record.There is a discussion in the Primo mailing at the moment about cases where this change is not enough for some customers, but it works for us so far.

While this also sounds frustrating for the users, I agree that in these cases the UX needs work.
We have a similar problem with books in the open stacks: you can place a request to pickt them up in _other_ libraries, but not in the owning library, because here you can (and have to) fetch it yourself.
