    Additional 10 closed fee statuses will be mapped in a code table. Libraries will be able to change their description. Fees with any of these statuses will be considered closed for all purposes. 


    The same types will be used also for transaction types. 


    When an import from bursar is processed, each fee may optionally include a code of the status to which the fee will change.

  12. Change item information RESTORE change type should allow clearing temporary item information.

    Dear all,

    This will be supported in the new UX of the title searches, that will be available for opt-in in the coming November release:

    The holdings section in the record's details pane has a sorting option that allows the user to select a preferred sorting of the following options:

    • Regular Alma ranking
    • Alma ranking, with related holdings appearing last
    • Alma ranking, with related holdings appearing first

    This setting will be a user preference that is remembered by the system, and impact the sorting in both the holdings section and the expanded physical tab of the search results.

    It will be possible to maintain ongoing link between the role profile and the user record, so that you can use the template to assign a predefined set of roles to a user, and any further changes to templates will automatically affect the linked users' allowed roles.


    Note - multiple profiles may be assigned to a user.


    It will be possible to view  the list of profiles an account is liked to for inheriting its roles, and to remove/add more profiles.
