override proxy - portfolio
Occasionally, a portfolio will move OA in a collection. It would be great to have an option to override proxy set at the service level on the portfolio. Then, rather than having to turn off proxy at the service level and update portfolio by portfolio, you can just override proxy on each portfolio as necessary.

This is a really serious design flaw. It doesn't just apply to open access titles. It applies to any miscellaneous e-journal where the publisher doesn't allow proxy access. It never occurred to the developers that there would be cases where it would be necessary to override the proxy setting at the title level.
I hope this will get some attention since, in spite of having reported it, they're not interested in fixing it.
