Allow search by patron phone number
In the UI and the API. This would be helpful in managing opt-in/opt-out for SMS notification programs. We know a number has replied STOP to a library notification, but don't know which patron's settings to adjust!

Had to debug why some STOP messages weren’t being processed. Created a few test accounts with temporary numbers. Used https://7sim.cc/ because it offers numbers from over 50 countries, and I needed one that looked local. The SMS arrived within a minute, and I could see the incoming message in real time on the site. Reused the same number later for another test - still active. Helps avoid cluttering real patron records with test data.

I think you should contact the support service and find out why this is happening. SMS spam is very common now, so it is important to understand the message settings of your phone.
