Be able to fully preview a letter that has never been sent using live sample patron data
Until a letter has actually been sent, it isn't possible to generate a full preview of what it will look like when it is sent to a patron.
It would be really helpful to be able to select a letter than has never been sent to any patrons and preview it using the loans data, etc on an actual patron's account in order to check the details, formatting, etc are correct before starting to use it.
