preferred language
We are a bilingual institution. Sometimes we need to email users regarding requests, etc. In Manage Patron Services, we have to go all the way into Edit User Info in order to see the user's Preferred Language. It would be easier if the area on the right that contains User Notes and other details (see file) also contained Preferred Language.
