User information in Print slip report
We are currently using the print slip report for our click and collect service but for us it is missing some vital user information around the requester. We would like to see the primary identifier in the report. We tried to deal with this in analytics but we also require the item barcode and this caused problems where there are multiple items under a title. The print slip report contains all the information (including the multiple barcodes) we need except for more extensive user information to help staff deal with this off site. The name is not enough, particularly where we see common names. Would really appreciate this extra info going in. Currently we have to look everyone up by surname and hope we can get the info.

To facilitate an effective workflow for adding items to lockers it would be very useful to be able to add the primary identifier to the print slip and print slip report.

The patron's primary identifier would be great! Also, a middle name would be helpful as an alternate or additional field. We have 3 Christian Kim's, 2 Sarah Davidson's, 3 Hannah Smiths, etc., and when multiple people have the same first and last names, it's VERY time-consuming to look each person up to discover who placed the request.
