Online payment - Transaction ID optional
Actually, when choosing Online as payment method, the transaction ID is mandatory. We would like it to be optional, for our staff to be able to validate a payment without having to fill out this ID when on the circulation desk.

If you put a dash in this field, you can move on, but it throws in a default title which has nothing to do with a transaction. We created a "personal copy" reserve ID with the title ILL Charges to get around this. Would be wonderful to leave blank for other purposes.

Yeah, I have to agree, if the transaction ID would be optional it would be much much better for all of us! To be honest, it really annoys me every single platform that actually want the transaction ID as mandatory term. I do consider that the transaction ID should be kind of confidential, only the customer and the seller should actually know it. That is exactly why, I am trying to get the best possible adult payment gateways, that is why I have called for the services of https://maxpay.com/ ,that would not request the ID when you will be trying to get something, for my own website.
