    If you put a dash in this field, you can move on, but it throws in a default title which has nothing to do with a transaction. We created a "personal copy" reserve ID with the title ILL Charges to get around this. Would be wonderful to leave blank for other purposes.

  3. The Lost item process fee (aka Lost item fine) should be automatically removed when an item is found.

    If this were instituted, it should be optional. For some of our Internal patrons who are repeat offenders, we sometimes leave the processing fee in place if it was labor and time-intensive to get materials returned.

    Could it be set for External patrons, but not internal?
