Make the "Has Content" indicator responsive not just to tables and lists, but also to fields and drop-down options
The "Has Content" indication appears only when a table or list on the tab contains contents, but not if it has information in the "form section" (https://www.screencast.com/t/F7G5uKmvcnh). Some tabs (e.g., Licenses> License Details > License Terms) only have a form section though, so the "Has Content" indicator will never appear regardless of whether it contains populated fields.

Yes, please make the "Has content" indicator on ALL tabs that have ANY kind of information. The blue earmark on the tabs is very useful; it's just not universal. Please make it universal. I attached a screenshot of where there is info on a given tab, but there isn't the blue corner fold-down to tell you that.
