Please add to the Vendors folder in Analytics for reporting.
Vendor Details
Need the ability to export full Vendor details, either by exporting from Alma directly or through Analytics reports "Vendors">>"Funds Expenditures".
Critical information to include:
Vendor Name (already included)
Vendor Code (already included)
Vendor Contact information:
- Address
- Phone Numbers
- Email Addresses
- Web Addresses

The following preferred contact information fields were added to the Vendor dimension in the Funds Expenditure, Licenses, Purchase Requests, and Usage Data (Counter) subject areas. They display the default contact information used for the account.
- Preferred Address
- Preferred Address Note
- Preferred Email
- Preferred Phone Number
In addition, the Primary Product URL field was added to these locations. It displays the URL with URL type Primary Product. If there is more than one primary product URL, only one is displayed.

"Vendor / Financial Sys. Code" in Alma maps to "Vendor / ERP Number" in Analytics.
However, we prefer to keep data in at Vendor Account level ("Vendor Account / Financial Sys. Account code") which does not appear in Analytics.
Please update Analytics Funds Expenditure SA to include "Vendor Account / Financial Sys. Account code".

Whilst good to hear this is planned we would also find it incredibly useful to be able to report on all vendor tabs and fields, particularly the NOTES tab.

* Vendor Code
* Vendor Name
* Vendor StatusWe plan to add:
* Preferred email address
* Preferred phone number
* Preferred address - concatenation of Address line 1, 2, and 3, City, State, Country and Postal code.
* Preferred address note
* Primary product URL - in case there is more than one, only one will be included in analytics.All the best,

This would be great. We use that to store Oracle vendor site and to Mike's point, this would be helpful for auditing. +1 to Rhonda. So odd that I can see who modified just about anything but not a vendor.
@Mike - I think Fin System code is there, but called ERP Code in Analytics -

We too would like to have Financial Sys. Code and Notes fields added. Having vendor data in Analytics is very important for auditing and tracking purposes, as well as useful for clean-up projects.

For audit purposes would like to see reporting on vendor history as well, vendor creation and modified dates, plus vendor creator and vendor last modified by.

In addition to the above fields, I would like to output Financial Sys. code, currencies, and notes etc.
