Fulfillment Configuration Utility for resource sharing
I would like Fulfillment Configuration Utility to also work for Resource Sharing. Or a separate service for RS.
It is invaluable in troubleshooting.
This service could be a light in the dark cave that is RS.

It would be interesting to be able to run a check on items you receive lending requests for, where you question whether the item should be available for RS or not.
Interesting check-points: Is there a item policy, a location/FU/FUR/TOU that explaines it? A user group you have forgotten to restrict (maybe more for the borrowing requests)? -

Hopefully the same as the utility provide today for regular fulfillment. Basically adding partners to the input field that today only accepts patrons.
Use case: troubleshooting what TOU triggers, and when, in RS.
Mainly lender side. I don't know what we could check/troubleshoot from the borrowing side.. that is not regular fulfillment, and already covered be the existing utility..?

Interesting thought. What type of checks are you envisioning this utility doing ? Are you thinking about the borrower side or the lender side ?
