Change Chronology J numerical values into names of months or seasons in Description field in Physical Item Editor
For the purpose of sorting months in Chronology J, we have to put numerical values in it, for example 05 for May. However, when we generate the Description, 05 would remain 05, so the description would be: v.12 no.5(2019:05). This is printed onto our label for the students to read. It would be better if Alma can automatically convert the numbers into words in the Description field, e.g. v.12 no.5 (2019:May) through the Generate button. Similarly, for seasons in Chronology J, the numerical values are from 21-24. We want Alma to automatically convert the numbers into names of seasons, e.g. 2019:Spring, and not 2019:21.
