Ability to set records to "do not publish" to OCLC
It would be very helpful if the default value "publish to OCLC" was switched to "do not publish". We have brief records created by Acq. staff and Fulfillment staff and they sometimes forgot to check "do not publish" and these minimal level brief records end up being published to OCLC.

Also/or, have a configuration option so that we can choose what the default is ourselves. Especially for Quick Cataloguing where the default is "Publish" and it appears this can't be changed at all. It would be great to have flexibility to change this default to "do not publish"
