Fix this: Link to "Suggest an Idea" not clickable if the user has moused over 'Alma Release Schedule'
The Alma Release schedule is not a separate page, so it should be moved to the bottom of the list to avoid disrupting other parts of the list. Or it should be changed from an explosion that disrupts the rest of the list to a new page in a new tab, consistent with the other items in the list.
