Enable different time formats for Alma interface and letters
Currently, it's only possible to set one time format within Alma (Configuration Menu > General > General Configuration > Other Settings > systemtimeformat), which is used universally in the Alma interface (e.g. in patron records, in monitor jobs). A time format that's appropriate for use in the Alma interface isn't necessarily right for letters that are sent out to users. For example, we would like to set the time format for the Alma interface to 24 hour clock including seconds (H:mm:ss). For letters though, we would prefer to stick to 24 hour clock without seconds (H:mm) because it's easier to see the time at a glance.
Could the 'systemtimeformat' parameter be divided into two please:' systemtimeformatinterface' and 'systemtimeformatletters'?
