Option to suppress or exclude records in Primo Central which do not have portfolios e.g. one marked as 'No full text'

Hi Lucy - Do you mean ‘No full text’ by the Brief Results Availability Statement or the Full Record View It? If the former, these should only appear if you choose to check the box to expand beyond full text, by design, unless your institution has configured locally to always show these in the default search results. If the latter, typically this means that the record is Link Resolver and there is something wrong with your Alma Services which needs correcting. The real-time check on Alma services occurs at the point of opening the Full Record display, so I can’t envisage how the PCI citation could be suppressed from appearing in the Brief Results list at all.
