Allow Purchase Requests to be re-linked to a different bib record
After the March updates and the removal of the search in repository it has become difficult to correct mistakes after the initial creation of a purchase request. I suggest that the search in repository function be added back to allow us to relink a purchase request to the correct bib record instead of having to recreate the purchase request.

This is a great idea. We were very unhappily surprised to see this change in the Sandbox and now in Production, and we fully support the request for return of this functionality.
The new 'Quick Pick' list by Title option where you can select an existing repository record is only available up to the point of saving the Purchase Request for the first time. In contrast the 'Search in Repository' button was available in both Create Purchase Request and Manage Purchase Request. Our Acquisitions staff used this option regularly to correct undesirable matches, for example Purchase Requests for print materials which matched to an existing bibliographic record for electronic format on the basis of a physical ISBN in 776 for Additional Physical Form Entry.
I hope it gets lots of votes!
