There should be a feature in Alma Return Items that (optionally) allows a staff to do a "Fine Free Checkin/Return", on a case-by-case basis.
Other systems allow for this. PLEASE implement.

The Fine Free Returns could be used for amnesty days, in which all items checked in through it will have no fines assessed.
