Extra column in "Return items" with "Fine per patron"
We would like to have an extra column in return items, a column for fine per patron. Because at every return we immediately want to see if the patron has a fine in general, not for the returned item. We would like to see this in Return items and not via "Manage patron services / Returns". Is this possible or something similar?

Since we have grace periods, not all items that are flagged as "overdue" will generate a fine and our impatient students sometimes wander away before the circ desk worker can click on their name and check their account for fines. It would be great if there were an optional column in the Returns table that could show overdue fine, or if it showed up on the pop-up window about the overdue item.
With one scan the circ desk worker could quickly say, yes you have a fine or there is no fine. -

This would be a great addition. We've had a discussion about this today and believe it previously showed as either a column or a popup indicating overdue and the fine associated. So not sure if true why it was removed but it would be very handy.
We are often asked "This is overdue - what's my fine"
It is much easier to discharge the item, see the fine associated and be able to convey that rather than having to do the extra steps required to either used book details to click on user or ask for patron card to check the record.
Definitely a great addition to Alma and would be a welcome addition.
