Set up Online Service Order configuration in the NZ and be able to share with the IZ.
We would like to be able to set up Online Service Order in the NZ and share that configuration with the IZ. The goal is push the shared OA e-collections to the bottom of the list so they do not display first in the list.
Dear all,
This idea has been completed in February release. Please check the Release notes for more information https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Alma/Release_Notes/2026/Alma_2026_Release_Notes?mon=All#:~:text=Combination%20of%20Electronic%20Resources%20Activated%20at%20Network%20Zone%20and%20Institution%20Zone%20for%20Online%20Services%20Order.
Thank you again for your continued partnership.

Agree that we shouldn't have restrictions on operating as a consortium.

Yes, configurations in an NZ should be inheritable by the IZs.

Not being able to have settings for the ordering of NZ collections be inherited by the IZ is very problematic.

Seems like a critical part of managing library consortia, or any kind of central library with distinctive branch libraries.

We really like this idea, but we'd also like the option to push NZ e-collections that we consider important to the top of the IZ lists, i.e. have some flexibility in where the collections are placed.
