Include variables in subject line in letter emails costumization
In Alma you can costumize emails and letters message body via XSL including the related data from xml, but not in the subject area, where you can write only fixed text. We need the possibility to add changing information in subject area, for example add the id of requests in the subject of the Resource sharing emails. It would be possible to configure the subject field to accept variables/placeholder containing the data in xml emails?

Just ran into this annoying lack of customization today. It would help our users and improve our workflows if we could make the subject lines clearer (e.g. the same request email is used for both regular and ILL requests, which confuses users and creates extra work for staff).

In some fulfillment letters, there is a variable "%reqId%" in the subject, so the mechanism generally exists. But it would be great to be able to customize the variables.

This would be a great enhancement, even better coupled with this other idea: https://ideas.exlibrisgroup.com/forums/308173-alma/suggestions/45008668-ability-to-customise-email-subject-heading-in-alma

Customizing information in the subject area of messages is a standard in every ILL software I have used
