Access Different Desks
If you are working on a project in acquisitions and someone comes to the desk to check out a book, the acquisitions project must be scuttled in order to switch over to fulfillment. It would be great to have access to both desks at once (perhaps on different tabs) so that involved projects don't need to be randomly scuttled.

It would be nice to have the option to do away with "desks" entirely. We're a small library and do all our work from the same computers and to have to switch between acquisition and circulation (or resource sharing or digitization) just doesn't make a lot of sense for us. It would be nice to have one setting and have access to everything in Alma from that one setting.

Have you already defined your circulation desk to support acquisition work orders?
This can be done in the “work order types” tab of the circulation desk.
If you have already defined this and still have an issue, then can you please supply a specific example?
Which acquisitions activities do you need to “scuttle”?
